Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity to join the fastest growing area in fund solutions, as an Associate within our Finance team. The role offers a great chance for a motivated individual to learn and develop their career in a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will report to the Finance - Senior Manager.
Minimum requirements:
A degree in a related field (Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent)
Strong IT skills, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint is advantageous
Relevant industry experience in fund services or fund management organizations
Role and responsibilities:
Support the Finance team in business growth initiatives
Assist with finance system enhancement projects and transformation activities
Help perform monthly and quarterly fee recalculations
Understand and support allocation methodologies for costs and service support departments
Assist in creating reports such as profitability analyses
Contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures
Required competencies:
Relationship building and effective communication skills
Organizational and structured approach to work
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Resilience and adaptability to changing environments
Interest in learning and development; a supportive, learning-focused team
