Mark Anthony Brands International (MABIUC) is a leading multinational alcohol beverage business, known for successful brands such as White Claw, Glendalough Whiskey & Gin, Bearface, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and many more

We develop and market a wide variety of alcohol brands ranging from premium spirits to Ready to Drink (RTDs) beverages. Sales of our U.S. focused brands total more than 85m cases per annum through our US affiliate Mark Anthony Brands Inc., the fastest growing major beer co. in the United States. Our Canadian affiliate Mark Anthony Wines & Spirits, Canada’s largest premium wine, beer and spirit distributor, offers a combination of our proprietary brands, as well as some of the leading international wine, spirit and beer brands. MABIUC is also in the process of developing new markets for our fast-growing brand portfolio, through a direct distribution model as well as indirectly through some of the world’s leading beverage marketing and distribution companies.

Location

This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer hybrid working arrangements within Ireland.

Due to continued growth we are moving to a new office in January 2025. You'll find our new address at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. - Exciting times ahead

What you’ll do
As our newHead of Innovationas part of our Global Innovation Team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic roadmap for innovation, focusing on the development of pioneering brands and optimizing our existing portfolio.

You will spearhead the end-to-end innovation process, from insight generation and concept development to successful market launches, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and business goals. Your leadership will drive growth by delivering impactful innovation initiatives in global markets.

Additional Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver a 3–5-year innovation roadmap, leading the creation of breakthrough brands and concepts that meet evolving consumer needs.
- Collaborate with external agencies and strategic partners to explore emerging trends, identify white space opportunities, and shape innovation strategies.
- Craft compelling brand identities, positioning, and design frameworks for new and existing products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize liquids, flavors, and packaging, ensuring the portfolio remains relevant and competitive.
- Oversee the development of comprehensive market launch toolkits and ensure successful deployment across global markets.
- Inspire and guide internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results within defined timelines.

What you’ll bring

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, insights, or a combination of these, preferably within the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in early-stage product innovation and launching new brands successfully.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills, with a proven ability to align diverse teams to a shared vision.
- A creative, consumer-focused mindset with expertise in translating trends and insights into actionable strategies.
