Flexsource is currently recruiting a Production Operative based in Balbriggan for our Client, innovative specialty manufacturing company focused on the development of products for a variety of indications.

This is the ideal role for someone who has previous production experience and would like to progress their career in Warehousing & Production.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, strong work ethic and excellent time keeping & attendance.

General duties including but not limited to:

- Ensures the correct packaging materials and product are being issued to production by inspecting visually and ensuring relevant documentation is recorded and signed off in real time
- Checking Batch Production record and components before entering Production Room
- Maintaining the accuracy of batch documentation at all times and ensuring that it is filled in and right from beginning

Room duties:

- Package the products according to customer specifications and Batch Packaging Record
- Place the finished repackaged product in the correct location
- Breakdown of components, working with raw material
- Labelling and scanning duties along with working with Anti-tampering device
- Maintains work areas in a clean and orderly manner by practicing good housekeeping
- Compliance to all site Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, training and applicable regulations
- Compliance to all local site company policies and procedures
- Performs additional duties at the request of the direct supervisor

The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:

- Own transport is an advantage
- Manual Handling is desirable
- Previous experience working in a production environment is an advantage
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Basic knowledge and understanding of a computer
- Must be willing to work in a controlled cleanroom environment, which involves the wearing of a gown, cap and relevant personal protective equipment
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP) requirements would be an advantage
- Good work ethic
- Ability to work as a part of a team

Hours

Monday – Friday, 8 am to 16:30 pm, Friday finish 15:15 pm, Possible Overtime

Rate: - €13.50 p/h
