Flexsource is currently recruiting a Production Operative based in Balbriggan for our Client, innovative specialty manufacturing company focused on the development of products for a variety of indications.This is the ideal role for someone who has previous production experience and would like to progress their career in Warehousing & Production.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, strong work ethic and excellent time keeping & attendance.General duties including but not limited to:Ensures the correct packaging materials and product are being issued to production by inspecting visually and ensuring relevant documentation is recorded and signed off in real timeChecking Batch Production record and components before entering Production RoomMaintaining the accuracy of batch documentation at all times and ensuring that it is filled in and right from beginningRoom duties:Package the products according to customer specifications and Batch Packaging RecordPlace the finished repackaged product in the correct locationBreakdown of components, working with raw materialLabelling and scanning duties along with working with Anti-tampering deviceMaintains work areas in a clean and orderly manner by practicing good housekeepingCompliance to all site Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, training and applicable regulationsCompliance to all local site company policies and proceduresPerforms additional duties at the request of the direct supervisorThe successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:Own transport is an advantageManual Handling is desirablePrevious experience working in a production environment is an advantageGood communication skills, both written and oralBasic knowledge and understanding of a computerMust be willing to work in a controlled cleanroom environment, which involves the wearing of a gown, cap and relevant personal protective equipmentKnowledge of Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP) requirements would be an advantageGood work ethicAbility to work as a part of a teamHoursMonday – Friday, 8 am to 16:30 pm, Friday finish 15:15 pm, Possible OvertimeDay ShiftPayRate: - €13.50 p/h
