We are hiring on behalf of a well-established commercial law firm seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a high-performing team on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions for clients ranging from high-growth businesses to established corporates and investment funds.

The Role:
Advise on all aspects of the corporate life cycle, including:

- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital investments
- Corporate reorganisations and joint ventures
- Management buy-outs and shareholder agreements
- Commercial contracts and company law compliance

Work directly with a range of entrepreneurial, growth-focused clients
Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic advisory work
Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy while supported by senior colleagues

The Person:
Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law
Previous experience in a top or mid-tier commercial law firm
Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and confident handling client relationships
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
Energetic and ambitious with a desire to grow within a successful practice
