Site Manager
Are you looking for a Site Manager role? Interested in working for a leading Main Contractor that deliver high quality residential projects?

VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work for a leading residential contractor.

The Ideal Person:

- A degree in Construction or other industry related qualification.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (Residential)
- Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel.
- Valid site cards and full driving licence would be essential.

Overview of Role:

- Ensure detailed project programmes are drawn up, adhered to - regularly reporting progress status to assist in the effective management of sites.
- Lead and coordinate the site team - providing overall site management, guidance and support to the team.

- Developing effective relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings.
- Working closely with all other team members to ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to during your project phase on site.
