At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (Residential) Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel.
Valid site cards and full driving licence would be essential.
Overview of Role: Ensure detailed project programmes are drawn up, adhered to - regularly reporting progress status to assist in the effective management of sites.
Lead and coordinate the site team - providing overall site management, guidance and support to the team.

Developing effective relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings.
Working closely with all other team members to ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to during your project phase on site.
