Residential Site Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Job Description:
The Site Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring detailed project programmes are drawn up and adhered to;
- Regularly reporting progress status to assist in the effective management of sites;
- Leading and coordinating the site team, providing overall site management, guidance and support;
- Developing effective relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings;
- Working closely with all other team members to ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in Construction or other industry-related qualification;
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role (Residential);
- Excellent numeracy skills and proficiency in the use of Outlook and Excel;
- Valid site cards and full driving licence.
