The Role Deliverables:Manage client communications and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of outputs and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy while ensuring full compliance with Companies Registration Office (CRO) and Revenue requirements. . Client oversight: You'll manage a portfolio of clients, handle full-cycle accounting and tax returns, and work with our software team to streamline and automate processes. Prepare VAT, CT1, year-end accounts, and financial statements Automation:Work closely with our software engineers to help develop, and deploy systems that automate bookkeeping, accounting, and tax processes, enhancing efficiency and improving the overall client experience. Collaborate with the development team to streamline and optimise accounting and tax workflows. Payroll:Take ownership of client payroll queries, coordinating with the Head of HR and Payroll where necessary to deliver accurate, timely resolutions. Team leadership: Coach and develop junior accountants to enable them to provide independent client delivery, while identifying any gaps in knowledge or capabilities and working with management to remedy. Self development:Continuously develop your knowledge and skills and stay updated on Irish accounting and tax regulations, sharing insights with the team. . Reporting to the Head of Accounting, youll help deliver 5-star service while shaping the future of accounting technology. What Were Looking For Practice Accounting experience is essential applicants must be ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent), with a minimum of 2+ years in practice. Experience in Irish accounting and tax compliance (CRO and Revenue) is required; prior experience in an Irish practice is highly desirable.
