Corporate Sales Manager - Limerick, Dublin or Belfast We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Sales Manager - Limerick, Dublin or Belfast, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Sales. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver the budgeted annual sales and profit targets with key customers in the sector. Specifically, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining existing Head Office relationships with a view to deliver incremental sales growth on these accounts. These relationships can often be complex and may involve negotiations with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the same business. You will also be charged with the creation of a Growth Plan which will reflect your approach to new business development, customer retention and sales growth. To be successful in this position you must be customer focused with excellent attention to detail. You must also possess an understanding of the granular dynamics of the foodservice industry particularly within the CMU sector. You will possess excellent communications and analytical skills. Key Accountabilities: Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit, and service targets Design and implement sales and development plan, adapting and modifying as necessary to an ever evolving and dynamic marketplace Ensuring all contractual elements are recorded and documented to ensure clear and concise customer and account management Maintain contact with key units through site visits to drive sales and manage any service issue Work collaboratively and cross functionally to achieve sales and growth plans Responsible for building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally Proactively embody and promote a culture of opportunity, equality, and diversity Support and champion change including business improvement projects beyond immediate role responsibilities Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools Requirements: 5 years' experience within a customer sales / relationship management role, ideally within the Foodservice sector Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Must maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company minimum standards Sysco Ireland Culture Customer Focus: We deeply understand our customers' needs, continuously looking at ways to deliver real value.
