Role:

Join the vibrant and diverse team at CPM and play a pivotal role as a Power BI Developer in support of our business We're looking for individuals who not only contribute significantly to our business growth but also resonate with our unique company culture.

A positive mindset, digital fluency, and alignment with our culture are key to success in this role. This role is a hybrid blend of work from home and office in Dublin.

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

- Build data sets on the PowerBI platform based on planning requirements
- Structure data flow to meet platform requirements
- Build reporting data for internal and external partners
- Developing PowerBI data visualisation
- Testing core data for system outputs
- Refining data capture techniques and questions to enhance business intelligence outputs

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS (i.e. the knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics required for performing the job effectively)

Required Experience & Competencies:

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and updates within the system
- Ability to assimilate data updates from a range of different sources
- Analytical mind able to assess the impact of changes to activities within the operation
- Technical understanding of PowerBI system or DAX and power query computer languages
- Ability to understand the operational requirements of the business from bid development to employee activity on the ground
