We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, handling a range of administrative and organizational tasks to ensure seamless daily operations. The Executive Assistant will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the CEO's calendar, overseeing key processes, and addressing a wide array of responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage the CEO's calendar by coordinating and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events to ensure effective time management and workflow. Prepare, compile, and organize necessary documents for meetings and events, attending when necessary to provide support. Handle administrative tasks such as drafting reports, letters, emails, meeting minutes, and other correspondence as needed. Maintain and organize all essential data, ensuring records are kept up-to-date and accessible. Conduct research and manage responses to inquiries or issues addressed to the CEO, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Assist with recruitment for specific roles, as needed. Perform additional administrative duties on an ad-hoc or temporary basis, such as holiday cover for specific tasks. Become familiar with all company programs and processes. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the CEO with mutual agreement on scope and expectations. Skills and Requirements: Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Professional, team-oriented, and able to function effectively as both a team member and an individual contributor. Proven ability to manage confidential information discreetly and effectively, demonstrating adaptability and excellent customer service. Good numerical skills, with a working knowledge of finance or experience in financial record-keeping. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing support at the senior management level.
