The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality. They will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, preparing documents, and handling administrative tasks such as drafting reports and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring effective time management.
- Prepare and compile necessary documents for meetings and events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting reports, emails, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain and organize essential data, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to manage confidential information discreetly and effectively.
- Numerical Skills: Good numerical skills, with a working knowledge of finance or experience in financial record-keeping.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing support at the senior management level.
