Job Title: Senior Support Specialist

A highly skilled and experienced support specialist is sought to provide exceptional administrative assistance to the CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar by coordinating and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and compile necessary documents for meetings and events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting reports, letters, emails, meeting minutes, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize essential data, ensuring records are kept up-to-date and accessible.
  • Conduct research and manage responses to inquiries or issues addressed to the CEO.
  • Assist with recruitment for specific roles as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Professional, team-oriented, and able to function effectively as both a team member and an individual contributor.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information discreetly and effectively.
  • Good numerical skills with a working knowledge of finance or experience in financial record-keeping.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing support at the senior management level.
