Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to process payroll weekly and monthly, calculate overtime and absence payments, generate payroll reports, and maintain reconciliation accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee payroll accurately and efficiently in line with payroll deadlines.
  • Calculate and manage overtime and absence payments.
  • Generate and distribute regular payroll reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll transactions.

Requirements:

  • Payroll qualification and experience using MegaPay or similar software are advantageous.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
