Job Title: Front Desk Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk reception area, including greeting clients, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Process customer orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform light shipping and dispatch duties, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of goods and materials.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required, utilizing strong IT skills and Microsoft Office expertise.
  • Support marketing activities by assisting with social media content creation, campaign implementation, and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
