Citco Fund Services offer a full range of fund administration services and complete front-to-back offering for single manager funds, combining portfolio capture and real-time position monitoring technology, using the Æxeo Technology system, with middle and back-office operations support.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be part of the Data Operations department whose primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management of all aspects for inbound/outbound extracts & reports to Clients, Vendors and Prime Brokers. The Outbound Portfolio Reporting team owns the management of all aspects of client outbound Portfolio Reporting needs and ongoing support of interfaces including client on‑boarding and client relationship management. As a group with representation in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America, the team provides seamless support to all CFS offices on a global basis.

The candidate will manage a Global team that requires a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of trade capture, data processing and Outbound Portfolio Reporting data points. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage work processes and interact with high profile clients. He/she must have an in-depth understanding of financial instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and development of his/her direct reports locally, driving the performance management process, hiring, etc. He/she will also provide ongoing feedback on the team to IS management and manage the workload of the team in line with senior management expectations and based on functional priorities and objectives.

As a manager, you will be responsible for oversight of BAU deliverables of Data Operations and oversee the configuration & monitoring of all incoming and outgoing data to ensure timely receipt and delivery to satisfy Citco client SLAs.
