Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while driving new business opportunities in the Kerry region. This is a client-facing field sales role, offering the chance to work with prestigious accounts and to make a real impact in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of established client accounts in the Kerry region.

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.

Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to ensure competitive positioning.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service and account management.

Qualifications

Proven track record in field-based sales, ideally in office solutions, B2B, or a related industry.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the Kerry region.
