Our client, a large, international law firm, requires an Events Executive to cover a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position. This role offers an excellent salary and benefits and would suit an experienced Events professional. Experience working within a professional services environment would be a plus. Salary: to €45k DOE

Benefits:Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Hybrid working, subsidised canteen, gym and more.

Total Package: up to €50k

Duties:

- Creating and managing various events and webinars for different departments across the firm.
- Supporting Event communications to include writing, editing, reviewing and issuing
communications.
- Liaising with Manager to ensure top quality events.
- Building strong relationships with external venues and suppliers.
- Maintaining client attendance data on the CRM system.
- Liaising with the larger marketing team on branding, content, promotion and social media.
- Assisting with budget management for all events.
- Continuously looking for new events opportunities, guest speakers and event technologies.
- Event reporting.
- Providing regular updates to the wider Marketing Team and Senior Management within the Firm.
- Support with any other duties as required.

Experience:

- BA in Marketing or related
- 3-5+years Events experience ideally within a corporate environment.
- Excellent ability to deliver complex events, including both virtually and in-person events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organised and flexible on supporting on multiple projects.
