Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce our partnership with a Social Care provider supporting young people and adults with disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting. Our client offers residential support using a strengths-based approach, ensuring each service user has the opportunity to live their best life.

We are currently accepting CVs for Social Care Team Leaders for a new Children's residential service in Oldcastle in Meath.

We invite applications from those with a genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and who wish to work for an employer that values its staff and centers service users in daily activities.

To be suitable, applicants must have the following qualifications and experience:

For Children's Residential Centres:

• Minimum QQI Level 7-degree in Social Care or a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies, or other relevant qualifications.

• Minimum of two years' experience working in a Social Care role with children or young people.

Other considered qualifications include:

- Psychology (Level 8), Level 7 in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling / Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences / Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care (U12 centres only), BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching, and Nursing.

Additional requirements:

• A full clean manual driver's license

• Flexibility regarding working hours
