This is an Evergreen position that ResourceKraft and our boutique development house, Full Stack Energy hire for throughout the year. It is a way for us to build a database of qualified, interested engineers so that when there is a need to fill that type of role, the hiring process will be faster. Candidates that we are interested in meeting with will have some of the following :

- Minimum 7 years’ experience working in software development
- Prior experience working in the sustainability or energy efficiency/ management sector
- Prior experience working across the full software development lifecycle from creating domain-driven design solutions and integrating them within existing cloud infrastructure
- Increased efficiency in all the key processes in the software development life cycle
- Proven track record of developing highly efficient, extensible, and secure applications on the cloud
- Responsible for the successful automation of low-value manual tasks
- Successfully worked with a range of stakeholders to ensure that the correct software features are designed and developed efficiently
- Built successful relationships with all kinds of stakeholders, including customers, managers, hardware developers, architects, field engineers and electrical contractors
- Excellent work ethic, dependable, and responsible
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and self-evaluate along the way

They will be also technically experienced in some of the following areas:

- SOLID Design Principles and Design Patterns
- Cloud platforms (AWS preferable)
- Python, Java or Typescript
- Networking: VPN, VPC, ELB - Elastic Beanstalk
- Compute: EC2, Lambda, AppSync
- Storage: S3, EBS & Disaster Recovery
- Data: DynamoDB, RDS, ElastiCache & SQL
- DevOps: CI/CD - CloudFormation, Github & GitHub Actions
- Admin & Security: AD Config, CloudWatch
- Scripting: Bash/PowerShell
