Digital Marketing Sales Specialist - German Market Location: Dublin City, Ireland Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (hybrid) About the Role We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Specialist with strong sales experience to join our Dublin-based team, supporting clients in the German market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative digital advertising program that empowers agencies and brands to build awareness, drive revenue, and engage audiences through top-tier social media and marketing solutions. In this role, you'll own and grow a portfolio of agency clients, leveraging your sales expertise to deepen relationships, accelerate performance, and exceed business goals. What You'll Do Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of German-speaking agency clients by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Use data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns and drive revenue growth. Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed quarterly sales and performance targets. Deliver compelling campaign insights and recommendations that highlight business impact to agency and brand partners. Stay ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to support client success. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role within digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS - with proven revenue growth and client retention success. Experience managing digital campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, or X (Twitter) is a strong advantage. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. Strong presentation and negotiation skills in client-facing situations. Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). A proactive, adaptable mindset with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Motivated by hitting and exceeding sales and performance targets.
