Heres how youll bring the K Clubs trailblazing vision to life: To establish and maintain the highest standards of service across all areas of the Spa & Leisure Operation. To maximise the Spas business potential through effective yield management, booking procedures, strong retailing and up selling. To develop the membership offering within the Spa & Leisure Operation To monitor all guest feedback and to implement systems to address relevant comments thus ensuring continuous guest satisfaction. .To direct and lead the day to day Spa operation ensuring all standards are followed. To train, and manage a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals. To keep up to date on Spa and Leisure services, pricing, schedules, specials, and competitor offerings. To support team members in all aspects of the business operation. To ensure compliance with health and hygiene guidelines, maintaining cleanliness in accordance with our standards To assist in the recruitment, development and training of all Spa & Leisure team members. To act as a liaison with the Sales and Marketing team to co-ordinate all PR, sales and marketing activities. To initiate and instigate new ideas and avenues for growth and development. This is how we see you: 3-4 years' experience as an Assistant or Spa & Leisure Manager within a 5 star/luxury brand outlet is advantageous Strong financial acumen along with sales/merchandising inventory management experience are also required Excellent people management skills with the ability to drive the team to top standards of service What's on offer?
