Main Duties: To ensure that our customer receive excellent service of beverages in the Restaurant Responsible for assisting in correct rostering within the department Engage with guest and act upon guest feedback, actively encouraging customer reviews Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained Assist in providing team training on our standards and customer service Working alongside and supporting our Restaurant Manager in all departmental projects and initiatives Motivate and create engaging work environment for all the team members To have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharingit Responsible for guiding and mentoring the restaurant team Key Requirements: Excellent communication skills Selfmotivated and have positive attitude Passionate about hospitality and excellent service Flexible with hours/ own Transport Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills Why work with us: At Killashee Hotel we believe that exceptional guest experiences start with an exceptional team.
