The Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is a unique blend of technical expertise and client-facing leadership, focused on delivering complex technical solutions from the pre-sales stage through to delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful project deployment while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Support pre-sales activities, including the creation of sales presentations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Proof of Concepts.

- Collaborate with both external clients and internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and QA.

- Develop strong client relationships, provide clear status reports, and manage technical and operational issues proactively.

- Be comfortable with a hands-on approach and a willingness to go beyond a fixed job description to ensure project success.

- Facilitate project management best practices and ceremonies, including Agile/Scrum.

- Create and maintain essential documentation, from technical specifications to deployment plans.

Skills and Experience:

- A blend of strong technical and project delivery experience.

- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, with excellent communication and management skills.

- An aptitude for problem-solving and a hunger to drive projects to a successful conclusion.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with clients across different time zones.

- A proven track record of delivering projects successfully, with a focus on practical experience and results over certifications.

- Experience with Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.

Compensation:

The role offers generous salary with an 8-10% bonus.
