eFlexes Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with our long-established aviation client in Shannon, Co. Clare, to recruit an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage order placement and execution with production teams, ensuring delivery commitments are met while acting as the customer’s advocate.
- Resolve escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team and manage complaints with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
- Take ownership of achieving budgeted customer targets and monitor KPIs relating to financial and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain customer contracts and supplier agreements, including annual budgets, capacity planning, slot reservations, modification programs, and contract amendments.
- Gather and analyse customer insights (requirements, planning, satisfaction) and lead regular performance reviews to strengthen partnerships.
- Work effectively within an international team of Customer Service, Account, and Sales Managers, aligned towards delivering customer satisfaction.
- Support special projects and initiatives that enhance operational excellence and deliver added value to customers.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

- Diploma or Degree qualified, ideally in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in customer-focused roles.
- Aviation MRO industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Outstanding customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Teams and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to work systematically and make sound decisions.
- Skilled in negotiation and diplomacy.
- Good understanding of internal processes and interdepartmental collaboration (desirable).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and structured in approach.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
