An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee and Experienced Travel Agent at Abbey Travel Killarney, Naas & Swords, one of Ireland's most respected Travel Agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing Travel Management Services to our client base.
- Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail, and other services.
- Conversing with your client by phone and email.
- Seeking feedback from your client to continuously improve the service.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus.
- At least 18 months experience in travel, selling package holidays.
- Passion for Travel.
- A strong client focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organisational skills.
- An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
- A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
