Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or complaints smoothly. To have a full understanding of the hotel's emergency procedures Support operations departments as necessary Requirements: Previous management experience in similar hotel environment Standards Driven; particularly in Food & Beverage. Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels. People leadership and motivation experience. Strong communicator and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
