We're growing, and we're looking for a talented General Manager to elevate operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of daily operations: FOH, BOH, bar service, opening/closing procedures, event coordination. Hire, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team - servers, bartenders, hosts, runners. Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and labor cost controls. Handle inventory management for food, liquor, supplies; negotiate with vendors and manage contracts. Develop and implement marketing, promotions, and community engagements.
