In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading a talented group of technicians and service personnel to ensure the seamless installation and maintenance of our innovative products. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure that client needs are met, and projects are completed on time and within budget. As a key representative of their company, we are looking for someone who not only has the technical know-how but is also passionate about providing exceptional service.

Your new role includes:

- Lead and manage the service and installation teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the installation of electrical and electronic systems for various clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to provide technical support and guidance.
- Monitor and improve service quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct training and mentoring of team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and manage budgets for service and installation projects.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in service and installation management within the Electronic Security Industry or to be a Senior Engineer looking to take the next step in their career.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel as required for on-site installations and client meetings.
