Location:Various Locations in County Meath, Ireland Hours:35 - 39 hours per week Contract:Fixed Term Contract Salary Scale:€36,391 - €52,444 (pro- rated to contracted hours) Position Overview: As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals attending our Day Services. You will assist individuals with activities of daily living, offer guidance, promote independence, and support them in engaging in community-based activities. This is a rewarding role where you will work alongside a supportive team to help individuals achieve their personal goals. Key Requirements: Experience in social care, healthcare, or related fields is desirable but not essential. A minimum of Level 7 in Social Care, Healthcare, or a related discipline. A passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also independently. A full clean manual driving license is essential. Garda Vetting will be required for successful applicants. Why Join Us?
