What You’ll Be Doing

Managing people and their workload, ensuring efficient and productive team operations.

Owning and managing products within the Synopsys.ai Copilot suite, driving their development and success.

Managing projects within those products, ensuring timely and high‑quality deliverables.

Working with stakeholders to align on deliverables and ensure that products meet business needs.

Driving integration of Synopsys.ai Copilot products with the entire range of Synopsys products.

Impact You Will Have

Leading the productization of Synopsys.ai products, ensuring they are market‑ready and competitive.

Enabling Synopsys to remain at the forefront of technological advancements in AI.

Enhancing the functionality and usability of Synopsys.ai Copilot products.

Fostering a high‑performing team culture that values innovation and excellence.

Contributing to the overall success and growth of Synopsys through innovative AI solutions.

Driving continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies.

What You’ll Need

Proven experience of delivering software products.

Proven experience of managing software development teams.

Proven experience of people management.

Strong technical background in AI; ideally you should be capable of doing the job or a senior AI engineer.

Knowledge and experience of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) either as a user or as a developer is a massive plus.
