Fairview Motors is a well-established and respected Hyundai main dealer in Dublin, known for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality automotive expertise. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual who demonstrates drive, passion, energy, talent, and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, train, and lead the Aftersales team Take responsibility for the overall profitability of the Aftersales Department, ensuring targets are met or exceeded Identify customers Aftersales needs and communicate relevant promotions and offers where appropriate Maintain standards in line with regulatory requirements Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with Fairview Motors policies and procedures Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all franchise brands Ensure accuracy at all times within all relevant systems Person Specification: Previous motor retail Aftersales or Parts management experience is essential Impeccable personal presentation and grooming Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and adherence to established procedures Full, clean Irish or EU driving licence (no penalty points or endorsements) Benefits: In addition to a competitive basic salary and bonus structure, we offer: Ongoing industry-leading training and clear progression opportunities Bike to Work Scheme Annual leave entitlement Industry Leading Salary If you feel you would be the right fit for this role and would like to learn more, please apply using the link below.
