The Global Commercial Finance team plays a crucial role in pre & post award negotiation and management of commercial terms, maximizing downstream financial and operational performance while minimizing legal and contractual risks.
The Role:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support Director Commercial Finance in establishing full global Commercial Finance control and accountability across the ISS division
* Work with strategic alliance clients to construct and negotiate enterprise level commercial terms tailored to their individual needs
* Coordinate and prepare client-focused budgets and client grids for new business opportunities
* Provide high quality support to the Proposals team to ensure client proposals are commercially sound
* Liaise with Business Development Team, strategic proposal development and operations throughout the rate and budget generation process
* Prepare costs for proposals by interacting with operational departments
* Maintain filing and tracking tools according to accepted practices
Requirements:
• Qualified or part qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or business
• Experience within a financial analysis position
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills and proficient with Word
