We are now recruiting for a Service Financial Analyst (P3) - for a Permanent role in our Dublin Office.

The purpose of the Service Financial Analyst role is to represent the business interests and requirements of the Division by bringing knowledge of current business operations and taking responsibility for helping define and document how the business will operate in the future.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that Sales Area business practices are clearly identified and segregated into areas addressed by IBM Maximo system implementation and by our existing Global Management Operations team.

FUNCTIONAL AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

This Service Financial Analyst role will be aligned to the Business Reporting & KPI Workstream of the Service Platform project.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide analysis and insights into the financial performance of the service business within sales areas that are undergoing transformation as part of the Service Platform rollout.
2. Identify financial and compliance actions during the readiness assessment of sales areas pre-rollout of the new processes and solution.
3. Provide support to the sales areas and monitor progress to address actions identified during readiness assessment.
4. Support the development of strategic, management and operational reports to enhance the transparency and controls within the service business.
5. Collaborate effectively with the different functions, Solutions Development, Change and Training, Programme Management, within the global team responsible for the Service Platform rollout.

Experience

1. Newly qualified accountant (0-2 years PQE) or at Final Admittance Examination stage.
2. Experience of managing projects and working with numerous stakeholders.
3. Some industry business experience would be advantageous.

Education, Licences, Certificates & Other

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
2. Qualified accountant or at Final Admittance Examination stage.
3. Ability to travel globally as required.
