We are seeking an experienced Residential MEP Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team in the Dublin area. This role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage multiple fast-paced residential projects, implement modern construction techniques, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple residential projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and efficient project execution.
2. Champion the implementation of modern construction methods and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
3. Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations are adhered to on all projects.
4. Drive project success by aligning with project goals from the outset, focusing on key deliverables, budgets, and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of modern construction techniques and their practical application.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive project success in a fast-paced environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards within the construction industry.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.

Experience:

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the residential construction sector is essential.
2. Strong background in managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for residential projects.
