This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef and leading the kitchen team in delivering high-quality, creative, seasonal dishes across our multiple outlets including our Gastro Bar, Morelands Restaurant and Banqueting areas. Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations, menu development and seasonal offerings. Lead, coach, and train kitchen staff to maintain the highest culinary standards. Oversee food safety and hygiene by managing a Kelsius food safety management system. Ensure consistency and excellence across all service points, working collaboratively with the Executive Chef, General Manager and wider F&B team. Requirements: Minimum essential experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end 4 or 5 star hotel. Solid knowledge of food safety practices and management systems. Leadership, training and development experience within a busy hotel kitchen environment. Full-time work permit to work in Ireland.
