We are currently hiring for a Senior Administrative Specialist to join the Enterprise Meeting Services team in a pharmaceutical company. This is a multilingual role that requires successful candidates to be fluent in Italian and English and will have excellent administrative skills.

This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure smooth contract management, compliance, finance and reporting. You will have excellent customer service skills and will deal with internal and external stakeholders.

Contract Length: 12 months

Location: Little Island, Cork

Pay Rate: €22.56

Working Model: Hybrid - 50% in office / 50% working from home

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be the go-to person for information requests from internal and external partners and will be confident to coach other team members on processes
- Providing an excellent customer experience through timely coordination of contract to pay processes for both Italian and English speaking countries
- Managing and updating daily dashboards to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAS
- Adhering to anti-corruption requirements when engaging with healthcare providers
- Ensuring all data is captured in a timely and compliant manner
- Reviewing key metrics and communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Providing adhoc project support to the EMS team

Key Requirements:

- You will have 3-4 years experience in a customer facing role with compliance skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential - additional languages would be advantageous
- Prior experience using MS Office, Salesforce or SAP
- Experience with contracting systems would be advantageous
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse a problem and generate a solution
- Full working authorisation in Ireland
