In this role, you will be the primary commercial liaison between CSCI Supply Chain and the Stage Gate process, overseeing portfolio management activities.
This position is also responsible for managing Master Data Governance activities related to the product lifecycle, from initial launch and first commercial batch production to eventual retirement.
Scope of the Role
NPD Launch: Support execution of PO placement by liaising with NPD Project Managers; coordinate with Central Supply, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Sales to ensure optimal stock on ground dates.
Product replacement/substitution: Manage phase-in and phase-out SKU activities, SSSO risk management, and coordinate with relevant teams across supply chain and Stage Gate/category.
Product discontinuation and End of Life management: Plan product retirement, manage obsolescence, customer transitions, and recycling or repurposing.
Ensure proper phase-out steps across systems and communicate effectively with supply chain functions and Stage Gate/category teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to facilitate smooth product development and launch.
Oversee and own SKU creation and delist trackers.
Experience Required
Deep understanding and experience with intercompany and CMO Supply Planning digital tools, such as SAP ECC, SAP IBP, Adaptive, and MS Office suite; proficiency in developing Power BI dashboards from SAP IBP data.
Ability to assess and communicate the business impact of Supply Planning processes to leadership.
Over 5 years of project management experience, including people management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong drive, determination, and problem-solving skills.
