Our client is a well-established and growing Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant or Tax Professional with strong tax experience to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm that values its people and provides genuine opportunities for career progression. This position is ideal for an experienced Tax Senior who enjoys managing a diverse portfolio of clients, mentoring junior staff, and gaining exposure to a broad range of sectors within a practice known for its professionalism and collaborative culture. As a Tax Senior, your responsibilities will include: Managing and reviewing tax compliance work for a varied portfolio of personal and corporate clients. Preparing and filing income tax, corporation tax, VAT, and other relevant returns. Assisting with tax planning projects and providing advisory support to clients. Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members. Liaising with Revenue on client matters and ensuring compliance with all tax legislation. Supporting the management team on tax consultancy assignments and ad-hoc projects. Building strong client relationships and delivering practical, value-added tax advice. Requirements Qualified Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor (ACA, ACCA, or CTA) with a minimum of 1 years post-qualification experience. Previous experience in a practice environment is essential, particularly in tax compliance and advisory. Strong technical knowledge across Irish taxation and relevant legislation. Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary of €60,000 €68,000, depending on experience.
