Your mission:

Convert inbound leads into loyal customers by delivering tailored solutions, building strong relationships, and driving repeat business.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have 3+ years’ experience in sales (B2B or construction-related sector)
- Be highly organized and process-driven
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Be proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and Word
- Hold a full clean Irish driving license

Key responsibilities:

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat.
- Qualify leads and propose the best solutions
- Manage CRM updates and follow-ups
- Liaise with logistics and manufacturers
- Provide top-tier account management and customer service
