? What You’ll Do
- Manage & grow a portfolio of enterprise clients across the DACH region
- Lead renewals, upsells, and strategic account conversations
- Act as a trusted Ansprechpartner – solving challenges, identifying opportunities & driving adoption
- Deliver consultative solutions that maximize customer value & ROI
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce, analytics) to forecast, report, and plan your pipeline

? Who You Are
- Fluent (C2) in German & English
- 2–3+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales
- Commercially minded, structured & self-driven – you spot opportunities and act fast
- Excellent communicator, problem solver, and relationship builder
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment
- Experience in Payments / Tech / SaaS is a plus
