Job Title: Contracts Manager Location:Northern Ireland (with one night overnight travel to London) Salary: £70,000£80,000 per annum + bonus & benefits Talent Curve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading interior fit-out and design specialist with an established reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in interiors, construction, or fit-out project management, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role is based in Northern Ireland, with at least one overnight trip to London required. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from tendering and negotiation to execution and close-out. Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations are met. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, proactively addressing risks and issues. Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. Prepare reports, updates, and forecasts for senior management. Maintain a focus on health, safety, and compliance standards across all projects. Candidate Requirements Proven experience in contract management, ideally within the interior fit-out, construction, or refurbishment sector. Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Flexibility to travel overnight to London as required.
