Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
As an Analytical Services Technician, you will deliver improved and consistent customer service through people and project management, service delivery and cost control.
Responsible for supporting the sales and customer services team in administration and planning.
Responsible for taking in customer samples, sorting them and ensuring that the correct information is recorded onto the our in house system for samples that are to be analysed within Eurofins network of laboratories.
To handle customer enquiries and provide technical expertise for all aspects of Eurofins testing services to ensure the highest quality customer service.
To be accountable for customer satisfaction, notably through ensuring good reporting turnaround times and a rapid follow up of customer communications.
Identify continual improvement in the customers overall experience with Eurofins by liaising with internal departments within Eurofins to ensure we meet our clients demands in a cost effective manner.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level in a Life Sciences subject
Previous experience working within a laboratory or the food industry is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organise and co-ordinate your own workload
