Purpose Securitas Technology Ireland are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Install Engineer to become an integral part of our Installation team. The successful candidate will play a vital role within the installation department involved in the installation and commissioning of installation projects. Major Responsibilities - Install security systems per required standards and project specs - Collaborate with Project Managers and sub‑contractors for successful delivery - Maintain professional appearance and represent Securitas Technology - Support colleagues, share best practices, and encourage teamwork - Participate in people management processes and team meetings - Meet Health, Safety, and Quality guidelines - Willing to work overtime to meet project deadlines Experience & Knowledge Experience: - Minimum of 4 – 5 years' proven experience working within the security industry. - Experience working on enterprise level systems (advantageous). Technical Skills: - In‑depth knowledge of electronic security systems and standards. - Proficiency with leading industry norm security products and platforms (e.g., HKC, ACT, Dahua). - Proficiency with leading industry enterprise level security products and platforms (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Ccure etc.) (advantageous). - Understanding of networking principles and system integration. Skills and Competencies - Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional customer service skills and a professional appearance. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Dynamic, forward‑thinking, and ambitious with a results‑driven mindset. - Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.> - Good time management and organisational skills Why Join Us?
