Overview

Installation Support Administrator

Securitas Technology Ireland are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Install Support Administrator to become an integral part of our Installation team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the installation department by undertaking a variety of administrative duties, assisting with resource planning, processing orders, and helping to streamline installation processes. This ensures efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Install Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Installation team with daily administrative tasks, maintaining close collaboration with the Project Management team.
- Create new supplier and subcontractor records to support the installation team’s operations.
- Log new projects received from the sales department and coordinate with the Project Management team to integrate them into the installation schedule.
- Maintain and update the installation pipeline, working closely with the Project Management team to ensure accurate information on project margins and reliable forecasting.
- Utilise current CRM software tools to accurately record activities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project managers.
- Support the Project Management team by handling customer, supplier, and other queries from initiation through to resolution, as needed.
- Ensure excellent levels of customer care and service are delivered in line with company standards.
- Present and submit customer communications in a format that is consistent with our company image and customer care standards.
- Work in collaboration with the finance team and project managers cleaning costs of projects.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable working with technical teams, engineering documentation, and compliance processes.
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Experience & Knowledge

- Proven experience in project administration, project coordination, or PMO support, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with vendor management, compliance documentation, and project lifecycle processes.
- Background in supporting engineering teams is an advantage.
- Experience with document control systems, project tracking tools, or scheduling software is desirable.
- Knowledge of electronic security systems is a plus, but not essential.
