We have an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading civil engineering contractor, working on major infrastructure projects in the Kildare region. This role would suit someone with around 3 years experience in a H&S position who is looking to take the next step in their career, with strong mentorship and progression opportunities available. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of health & safety policies and procedures on active projects. Conduct site safety inspections and audits, reporting findings and recommending improvements. Assist in preparing risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation. Work with site teams to promote a strong safety culture. Support incident investigations and assist in implementing corrective actions. Liaise with subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety requirements. Stay informed on changes to relevant safety legislation and best practices. Requirements: 3 years+ experience in a health & safety role within construction, civils, or utilities. NEBOSH / IOSH qualification (or working towards). Good knowledge of Irish health & safety regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with multiple teams. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
