  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation.
  • Promote a health and safety culture by delivering toolbox talks and safety training as required.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain up-to-date health and safety documentation and liaise with site teams, management, and external bodies regarding health and safety matters.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a health and safety role within the construction or civil engineering industry.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma in Health and Safety or NEBOSH certification.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively collaborate with site teams and management.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • A valid full driving licence is required for this role.
