We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Warehouse Operative / Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our clients warehouse while also providing essential administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling warehouse logistics, customer service, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Preparation: Complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
- Warehouse Operations: Perform tasks related to picking, packing, check-in, shipping, and freight forwarding.
- Customer Interaction: Manage customer inquiries by phone, providing order updates and addressing concerns.
- Transport Coordination: Work with transport companies regarding deliveries and Proof of Deliveries (PODs), ensuring timely and accurate logistics.
