Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Construction Law Solicitor to join a growing team in Dublin. This role is with a long-established specialist construction law department within an international law practice focused on this lucrative field. The successful candidate will work on both contentious and non-contentious matters involving major international and domestic contractors with high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
Advising on claims against employers, contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors.
Litigation and arbitration in Ireland and internationally.
ADR, including conciliation and mediation.
Expertise in standard form construction contracts.
Instructing experts and counsel.
Business development and client relationship management.
Understanding procurement routes, main contracts, sub-contracts, and ancillary documentation.
Advising on international projects, especially in the UK (preferred but not essential).
